The interview was for a position in the grad programme. The interview was conducted on Microsoft Teams as a result of Covid 19. There was only one person conducting the interview. The interview didn't involve any technical questions, but was more to get background on the candidate. The questions were more behavioural and to see if the potential candidate is a good fit.
