Interview
There are 3 steps/phases in the recruitment process. The first is a psychometric test which done online. If you are exceptional in the first round interview you will be invited to the future league week which is 3 days long(conducted online during June/July) , second is the first round interview with the head of recruiting(HR) , the lady is friendly , and the last round is the business unit interview with the unit that will possibly employ you, during the this interview there's a an HR person who will ask you HR questions and there's a person from the business unit who will ask you technical questions. The questions are not too difficult and not too technical.

Interview
HR interview was a “getting to know you” interview with one employee from the HR Young Talent team. Interviewer was very friendly and it only took around 25 minutes. Still waiting for BU interviews at this point.

Several interviews. I rarely received technical questions but they rather wanted to gain knowledge into my personal projects. Very friendly panel, after HR interview I had 2-3 interviews with the same panel for a specific bank unit.

Applied online, did an online test, had two interviews and was offered the opportunity.
They usually start interviews towards the end of the year. Got an offer around October, which was for the following year and wow they pay really well
