I applied online. I interviewed at First National Bank (Johannesburg) in Sep 2022
Interview
2 interviews: One on one with HR & Business unit interview with a panel. The one on one interview was great and chilled nothing technical there. The business unit one can get technical depending on how you answer. Just be yourself and research about the business unit that selected you.

Several interviews. I rarely received technical questions but they rather wanted to gain knowledge into my personal projects. Very friendly panel, after HR interview I had 2-3 interviews with the same panel for a specific bank unit.

Interview
Applied online, did an online test, had two interviews and was offered the opportunity.
They usually start interviews towards the end of the year. Got an offer around October, which was for the following year and wow they pay really well
The process was overall good. The minute I got their email for the assessment, it took them roughly around a week to get back to you. The interviews were all online after that.
