I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at First National Bank (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I was found by a headhunter the back had hired and then had an initial phone screen. I had second interviews with two people from the team. I had the technical skills for the role, however the team clearly walked into the interview with only skepticism and essentially were looking for reasons to doubt candidacy something I had not previously experienced after 16 years in tech., Their skepticism did not assist them well to lead a productive interview. Interviewers should ensure their interviews adequately confirm an applicants technical skills. However they did not conduct the interview to confirm this. The interview questions (when they were straightforward) were very easy.
