Assessment (which was the office- Accounting based )and the actual interview with the panel. Assessment - Definitely Accounting knowledge is required and we had to get 7/12 if I am not mistaken then we could move to the interview. Interview - Know what the job entails

I applied through the graduate programme. the graduate team are lovely and friendly and look to find out more about you so they know which business unit you will fit into based on your studies and interests. the interview with hiring managers was a bit more intense but it was very do-able
