I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at First National Bank (Johannesburg) in Oct 2021
Interview
The recruiting process is very standard. First online assessment then two interview rounds. The online assessment is very general nothing complicated. The interview round is your typical interview. There are two rounds. The first round is a general interview with HR. The second round is a panel interview with your business unit/ potential team.
The first interview was a phone call and the second one was a online teams meeting.
Don't over think it. Show them you have a personality and that you will be a good fit for FNB. The interviewers know you don't have
experience they want to see how well you will fit with the team. Skills and the technical part you will learn during your grad year. You just need to be confident and show them that you know what you want and go for it.
