I first got an assessment, which is mostly focused on patterns and your memory. Then the second stage was with HR, which was easy know yourself. In the last stage your CV gets sent to business units, and the one that likes you then gives you an interview. Then, if you were good, they would give you a LIFE-CHANGING OFFER!!!

The interview was for a position in the grad programme. The interview was conducted on Microsoft Teams as a result of Covid 19. There was only one person conducting the interview. The interview didn't involve any technical questions, but was more to get background on the candidate. The questions were more behavioural and to see if the potential candidate is a good fit.
