First interview with the panel, member of 3 to six people. And the second interview with the area manager. And then after background checks, and the job being offered to you if you did well in both interviews.

It is a very lengthy interview process especially with the background checks they take forever only for you to receive a decline email thereafter. I did a follow up After the decline email, I was told If I applied on numerous posts I will get a decline they are however still running checks.
