The interview process was about four hours long. I met with different members of the recruiting and HR staff. Each interviewer seemed to have a purpose in the interview. Most likely to determine different areas of fitness within the organization. The most challenging questions I found were the ones where I was asked what approach I would take in a team project. I wasn't quite sure what was meant and asked for clarification and I was told that they couldn't and to just answer the question. I basically told them what I would do, to assess each individual on the team to see just each persons strengths/weaknesses were and fit in where needed. The interviewer said good answer and we moved on.
