I applied online. I interviewed at First Solar (Toledo, OH) in Aug 2018
Interview
First 30 minutes phone interview with a recruiter then full day on site interview. About 5, one hour interviews with engineers, hiring manager, senior scientists. Most of them are nice. Group lunch with other engineers. 15 minutes presentation. Hiring Manager looked not interested in interviewing me. He was yawning during the interview. Looked liked he already has made a decision. It was a waste of time.
