couple of phone screens with recruiter and hiring manager then ghosted, can't be bothered to follow up with candidates. Guess that's their way of letting you know that your time with them is not valued. Not sure why sending an email letting you know you're no longer being considered is too hard. I know candidates do it too, but I at least expected global companies to be professional. Times sure have changed! And companies can't understand why they can't find good candidates when they treat people like this! Hmmm.
