I was set up for my initial interview with the main boss and then asked to come back in to sit down with the general manager. The general manager was late to my interview so i ended up interviewing with a cook. I guess a couple days out of the week he would be an assistant manger but mainly a cook.

Super easy. They just want to know how you will handle certain situations. They are very willing to train if you have never served before. Hard to bomb the interview!
