I applied online, after 48 hours I went into to store to meet a manager in person and ask on the status of my application. An interview took place the following day and I was hired. Very simple!

Have I ever worked in a fast paced restaurant environment before?
I applied online and HQ phoned me within a few days to schedule an interview. Mine was at 2:30, right after they close. The interview itself was with the Assistant Manager, very simple, few questions asked, all very standard. He described the position and asked why I wanted the job. Turned offer down because I had previous engagements, may reapply in future.

Interview
Only asked me about high school and what I'm studying in college. They asked about my school schedule and how that would affect my hours I was avaliable to work. Didn't really seem like she was happy that I was a full time student and wouldn't be able to work every day of the week. Then explained what First Watch was and asked me about another job I had. Said they would email me in about 3 days of I got the job.
