Interview
Spoke to the manager on the phone. Went in for an in-person interview. The interview did not last long. The manager did not have many questions and the store was still busy. The location I went to seemed very understaffed and had less experienced team members which seemed stressful.

Question 1
How many years of experience do you have as a server?
Go in tell about myself and explain the steps of service. Ask my work history and my background. They ask what days and times I am available. They ask if I had reliable transportation. Also ask about any limits of what I could lift or if I had any disability
It was an easy and short experience, they asked only a few questions and lasted less than 10 minutes. They just want to see if you have an open schedule and can physically handle the role.
Honestly quick interview, just make sure you know answers to questions like "what do u hope to gain from serving" and let them know your schedule hoenstly great interview process got offer not even 2 hours after.
