Interview
I arrived a few minutes before scheduled interview. The hostess was friendly and offered me a water and went to get the manager. I waited about 20 minutes until he came out. He asked me to tell me about myself because he "hasn't had time to read your resume" . After a few minutes he told me that although I seemed like a great fit, he has already done all of his hiring and to come back in a few months, despite the fact that there was a "We're Hiring!" sign on the door. I will not be going back. Total waste of time.

Tell me about yourself, because I haven't had time to ready your resume.
Go in tell about myself and explain the steps of service. Ask my work history and my background. They ask what days and times I am available. They ask if I had reliable transportation. Also ask about any limits of what I could lift or if I had any disability
It was an easy and short experience, they asked only a few questions and lasted less than 10 minutes. They just want to see if you have an open schedule and can physically handle the role.
Honestly quick interview, just make sure you know answers to questions like "what do u hope to gain from serving" and let them know your schedule hoenstly great interview process got offer not even 2 hours after.
