Interview
Overall I would neither say it was positive or negative, there was a conversation with a recruiter, a written part, an interview with the a manager and a conversation with the founder. During the interview with the manager I did not feel the recruiter briefed them enough which really showed in their questions. After extensive research I was curious as to know how the unlimited paid holiday affected the team and company culture. Purely my opinion but from comments from the manager I feel this is how they managed unpaid overtime and no time in lieu.
As part of the written part of the process you were sent the instructional video of how to play BoxVR, you were then asked "Define your testing strategy/approach that you would take to validate the given part of the game play."
