Five9 Network Engineer Operations interview questions

Initial conversation with recruiter was great, but didn’t hear anything for a month until receiving notification that the position had been filled. While understanding that this is a competitive market, I am qualified having worked for far larger corporations than Five9, and at least should’ve had an interview with the hiring team. It was insulting to be told by the recruiter to apply for other positions and let him know so he can help me, when I’m not sure why I was rejected from a position I am qualified for. It makes no sense to blindly apply to another position when no conversation was ever had. Recruiters, please give people some general insight into why they were not selected, so they can make a better informed decision if they’d like to apply to other roles. Canned rejection responses don’t help anyone.
