(1-2) Phone interviews + Face to Face (in market) - In depth back ground check + 2 week training in SF (airfare & hotel included). Very personal in terms of conversation, it almost seemed too good to be true.

Interview
After application, I interviewed with a recruiter in Seattle. She's super cool! Asked great questions and was very professional and friendly. Interview was about half an hour. She outlined expectations, mentioned the salary, asked me to run through my resume, and spoke about FiveStars' culture.
She approved me to move on to the next step of the interview process which was a webinar with the sales team lead in Chicago (where I live). He was in San Fransisco at HQ at the time so couldn't meet in person. He was a really cool guy as well. Asked great questions, got to know me as a person, and asked about my work experiences. A couple days later, I was given an offer.
Overall, a super straightforward process that I feel allows all interviewers involved to make a valued and informed hiring decision.

Interview
First two interviews were great. Very professional and asked qualifying questions. Those were both phone interviews. The third interview was with the manager. Manager was 20 min late to interview. I was never really asked any qualifying questions such as previous sales experience, biggest sales I've made, previous sales achievements I've made with other companies, etc. Interviewer didn't even really take notes on the interview and told me he was afraid I was "too nice". It didn't feel like a real interview at all. He never even asked about the products I've sold in the past or how much revenue I brought in for other companies. Weird. I was told I'd be hearing from the hiring department in 24-48 hours. Second person who interviewed me called 3 days later asking about how I felt about the manager and she hadn't heard back from him.
