Interview

On both occasions, the interview was very informal and conversational, which was nice. The first round came and went. When I didn't hear back, I reached back out and they said, 'Oh, we thought you weren't interested.' I informed them that I was and was sent an offer.

The process is very quick and easy. Consists of 2 phone calls, one screening and one asking behavioral questions. Then the final interview was a skype call with a territory manager.

Interview

Phone and video interview. I applied online, got an email within 6 hours, planned the first phone interview with an awesome person. Then had a video interview with the city manager while another person looked in on it. Fairly smooth process as long as you are yourself and honest.
