      Jun 4, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Fivestars

      Interview

Three interview process- first was quite basic, testing general compatibility between position's role and myself. Second was a verbal language proficiency test (I applied for the mandarin speaking account manager position). Final was a lengthy, 2.5+ hour, consisted of 4 separate interviews with two immediate supervisors, one at each of the the two main locations, an interview with two equals on the horizontal hierarchy from the office I was applying for, then a final section with the customer success lead. Last 15-20 minutes was handled by HR person of initial contact wrapping up the interview and offering information how the process following the interviews would take place.

      Declined offer

      Application

      I interviewed at Fivestars

      Interview

Phone, then video interview before the in-person interview. Recruiter was laid back and there was good follow-up. People were friendly enough but other staff seemed stressed/busy. Typical start-up culture.

Nothing too unexpected or surprising out of the interview
