I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fivestars (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was interviewed by Ivy @ Naviron to be screened for eligibility for the Fivestars position as well as two others which i did not see myself fit. After i was successfully qualified, I was interviewed by a recruiter at Fivestars on the phone where I was asked more questions regarding background, previous employees etc. It was at this point a fairly straight forward interview why I want this job. Next part was speaking to the City Manager omwhere the interview started getting a little bit tougher. Since I had not come from a sales background they really wanted to ensure that i had the drive to commit to this job. I really enjoyed the creativity of the questions to dive deep. Once I had finished that interview I went to the final interview with the West Coast sales director for a final interview which I was most nervous for. It was done over Web.

On both occasions, the interview was very informal and conversational, which was nice. The first round came and went. When I didn't hear back, I reached back out and they said, 'Oh, we thought you weren't interested.' I informed them that I was and was sent an offer.
