I only made it to the second round of Interviews. I believe there are are 3 rounds. It starts off with a phone screen where they ask you more general questions about you and what your motivations are. The second round goes into more of the specifics of the role you are applying for.

Interview
It was fresh as in not your typical egotistical stale HR person asking lame questions. They moved quickly and they were pretty much the best interview experience I have had!
You interview with the recruiter first and if you have a good attitude and are willing to learn you'll talk to the sales managers. They will ask you sell them and then they bring you to the office for a meet and greet style interview. Basically just relax because if you made it to this point they are just looking for people who are serious about sales and furthering their career. Everyone wears casual clothes and we take the values to heart.
