Interview
The interview process consists of three steps. The first step is to talk to a recruiter on a 20-30 minute phone call where they describe the job and miscellaneous things. The second interview is a hour long call with the director of sales(at the time). The third interview consist of a face to face interview with the city manager for the city applied for.

On both occasions, the interview was very informal and conversational, which was nice. The first round came and went. When I didn't hear back, I reached back out and they said, 'Oh, we thought you weren't interested.' I informed them that I was and was sent an offer.
