I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fivestars (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Recruiter initially contacted me by phone to do a phone screen. I was then passed along to a sales manager that conducted a 1:1 interview. Then i was passed back to the recruiter to discuss compensation. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was really surprised of how fast the process went and how fast they were willing to hire. Then again, I should have questioned myself on why they were hiring so quickly.

On both occasions, the interview was very informal and conversational, which was nice. The first round came and went. When I didn't hear back, I reached back out and they said, 'Oh, we thought you weren't interested.' I informed them that I was and was sent an offer.
