I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Fivestars (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Phone call with recruiter; personality test. I thought ("thought") that I nailed the phone interview. What happened next was that I answered the personality test with what I thought was something like "honest, leaning towards aggressive sales/cold call personality." I am guessing that even though I am a seasoned and highly successful sales pro that I was either NOT answering aggressively or I was too old at the tender, old age of 45. And they certainly weren't looking for someone with a wealth of contacts. Their loss.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fivestars (Baltimore, MD) in Jun 2018
Interview
On both occasions, the interview was very informal and conversational, which was nice. The first round came and went. When I didn't hear back, I reached back out and they said, 'Oh, we thought you weren't interested.' I informed them that I was and was sent an offer.
