We're sorry to hear that this candidate did not feel that they had a positive experience of our interview process, which has been carefully developed over the last 10 years. We would have loved to have heard their feedback directly.
Our interview process is very rigorous but extremely fair - we're looking to staff our company with the very best people that we can find after all. We're highly selective and only extend offers to those candidates whom we feel have the greatest chances of success, both in terms of results and fit with the team.
Telephone interviews, ability tests and face-to-face interviews are of course challenging but could not be further from the style described. We are extremely proud of our team and the way that they conduct themselves in all their dealings with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process, every part of which is focused on giving the candidate the opportunity to display their skills, abilities, interests and motivation for the position applied for.
Of course, there's no need to just take our word for it - apply and experience the process first hand, we are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join us.
