Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and I'm glad the role served as a positive starting point in your career. However I am sorry to read that you rate your Flashbay experience as 1*. Our goal is to offer a supportive and motivating work environment which includes providing constructive feedback on a regular basis to help our sales team so they will not only achieve their goals but exceed them With regards growth opportunities we do have a relatively flat structure which is a benefit in many ways however we do offer growth opportunities for top performers as well as opportunities to get involved in our training programme for new hires. We actively encourage all of our employees to provide feedback, both positive and negative, on a regular basis. If you feel there is additional information that you did not share prior to your departure that you feel would be of benefit to Flashbay, then please send an email to people@flashbay.com. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this further. We wish you all of the best in your new role.

Pros

Free snacks and free coffee?

Cons

• No learning and growth opportunities. • Toxic micromanagement, they read all your emails. • Old employees get double commission for doing the exact same work (and they have all the good accounts so they win most of competitions). • Rules aren’t applied consistently.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback with us via Glassdoor. We appreciate you sharing your perspective however we don't recognise this as an accurate reflection of our culture or the opportunities available to our team. For the benefit of others reading this review we want to clarify one point: our sales commission structure is flat and consistent across sales roles. The only exception is the Principal Sales Account Manager, which carries a separate scheme - and transparent promotion criteria. We're committed to being a fair workplace, and we take feedback seriously when it helps us improve. We take retention and engagement seriously - it's something we monitor closely and act on. If concerns like these are being felt by current employees, we genuinely want to hear about them directly. We'd welcome the chance to speak directly if you're a current employee - please reach out to HR via people@flashbay.com. A conversation will always be more productive than a review box.

Pros

The company has a well-established market position and good reputation. They’ve got clearly defined goals and standards, which to me it provides a sense of stability. There is a solid training program provided, which is followed by tools that allow you to keep growing.

Cons

The work can be intense at busy days, however, there is a supportive team culture that makes it definitely easier and manageable.
