I applied through other source. I interviewed at Fleetio (Birmingham, AL)
Interview
Recruiters aren't ready for prime time - first screening call was 5 minutes, with the recruiter stating that "this was going to be quick and they were going to go through a list of questions". No time to ask questions about the company culture or specifications of the role. Basically they ended the call and said the next step was talking with a hiring manager.
Talk with hiring manager was decent- nice dude. Great conversation, and the manager said he wanted to send me on to the next round. A day later I got a copy pasted rejection email with the name templates left unfilled.
Overall, I think this is a small org that doesn't have the infrastructure in place yet to manage interviews; too green.

Tabby was extremely nice and transparent from the very start. The sales managers were nice throughout the process and set up proper expectations on what to expect in your first 30-90 days of employment which was really helpful in making a decision.
