I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fleetio (Birmingham, AL)
Interview
Extensive, thorough, like drinking water through a fire hydrant. You can tell that they understand the implications of making the correct hire and how expensive it is to do so, making the wrong hire costs organizations thousands and Fleetio has a firm grasp on that so they hire intentionally.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fleetio (Birmingham, AL) in May 2021
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter for about 15 minutes. Less than a week later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I thought it went well. I then spoke with the recruiter again who seemed pleased with my first interview. Then I had to leave a “cold call” mock voicemail amd follow up email. Followed by a couple of days of waiting then 5 days to make a presentation to present to the hiring manager and VP of sales over a zoom call. I knew this was my biggest weakness but sad to say I wasn’t a fit for the job. About a month of interviews.
