Interview
Had initial screening with recruiter - he had little knowledge of what the position did or what was required for the role. Asked about compensation requirements - offered up a salary that was well market. Was set up for a short IQ/ Aptitude test - you get 30 min to answer 50 questions. mixture of simple math and pattern recognition.
Any Company that uses IQ/ Aptitude test as selection criteria basically say they don't trust hiring managers and or the team to make the right decisions. I typically avoid such companies.
