Recruiter contacted me via email/LinkedIN, we had a call to discuss my experience and the role. I was directed to take an online personality/IQ test. After completing the online tests, I received an automated response that I was not selected. I assume I *failed* the assessment, but the recruiter would no longer respond to my emails.
