After applying for an HRBP position in Denver (May 2019), I was notified that the organization would like to schedule a phone screen with me. I enthusiastically provided my availability and never heard from them again. I sent two follow-up emails about scheduling the phone screen and never received any kind of reply. Then, this past week I noticed the position was posted again. I hesitated but I applied again because I an interested in the organization. I called this person this time to find out about the re-posting of the position. Four days later I was contacted by the same person about my availability for a phone screen, again. I provided my availability, again. And, again, I have not heard back from this person. I sent another email to follow-up and... nothing! Why contact me in the first place if I am never to hear from the organization again?
