Recruiter reached out to me on 7/1/2020 shortly after i initially marketed myself as available on the linkedin job market. Briefly spoke to her about the role and the convo sparked enough interest for me to submit my resume about 2 weeks later got a call back to schedule a zoom interview and i interviewed with the hiring manager. It was a nice little blend between laid back and being formal, with the typical introducing ourselves. then he asked me various technical questions about BGP, spanning-tree, firewalls, etc. few days later had a second phone interview with another one of the senior network engineers who asked me additional BGP questions, some IPv6, and gave me a somewhat difficult project scenario where i had to give recommendations on how to address the issue. Final interview was with project manager and business lead and they asked me about what i am looking for in a dream role, gave me various scenarios to guage my thought process on how i handle projects. They also asked me to give an example of a project i had to lead and manage.
