Interview seemed to go great, they talked about when training would start, then they ghosted me. They even skyped in someone from corporate and walked me around the place. I don't understand why they wasted both of our time just to never call me back. I was following up for weeks, and I never even got a clear "no".

Two interview process: the screener and the on-site. I'm not sure if they were urgently hiring for the position or if it is their overall process, but moving through each stage of the process was relatively quick - there was only about a week in between each stage.
