The recruiter was very good and but the actual hiring manager was completely horrible with communication. Like others have mentioned all was going well thru the interview process I was even told there would be a panel interview as a next step and to look out for an invite…then he completely ghosted me. After reading some of the other similar reviews it appears that Flexential has a major issue with its hiring process. This is obviously a red flag and speaks to the culture internally.
