Flexential interview questions

This was a pretty straight forward process, however, when speaking to upper management, the interview felt thrown together at the last minute or was conducting with no planning on their part. It also seemed that I was asked the same questions by different people, as if they did not communicate with each other before hand. On boarding was horrible and very stressful . There was no formal onboard and the ramp time (90 days) is unobtainable for a new rep, even with a tech background.

My hiring and interview process was good up till a point then I had two managers arguing in the interview with one another. I have an interview with a VP and he asked me to sell him a pen. FYI, they are all about TEAM. Most of the TEAM is Type A people. If you are type A and fit into good old boys network then this is a company for you.
