I applied online. I interviewed at Flexport in Jul 2026
Interview
It was good overall. I had one initial screening, and then followed by three 30 minute interviews with different members of the team. They each asked pretty basic sales questions regarding my experiences. I will say it took a while after that to hear the outcome, and I never heard from my recruiter but rather an automated email asking for feedback on the interview process which was a lazy and disappointing way to hear.
