Flight Centre Travel Group Fast Track Graduate Programmer interview questions

There were three stages of the interview. Firstly a phone interview that was pretty standard questions and only lasted about 5 minutes, why you wanted to work for flight centre, who you looked up to etc. There was then a psychometric test. Again really standard questions you can't prepare for. numeracy part is basically banging on numbers like 5.234324+2234.3 etc. The hardest part is the word association section that asked questions like what is the missing word out of blue ocean sea whale and gave you a multiple choice. The final part was an assessment day. Lots of fun learning about the company. Game played to see who would survive scenario, just about teamwork really. Then a panel interview and finally a written test. Test asked questions about destinations such as Holland, Paris and Hong Kong. Where to take someone on a honeymoon within 3 hours of UK and where to go on a stagdoo followed by a test asking to calculate commission etc. Just practice percentages!
