I applied online. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Melbourne) in Jul 2017
Interview
Application then if youre successful at first stage, you get a response from recruiting team and you go online to schedule initial phone interview from available times. Really easy. Although the role advertised states Business Development Manager, after explanantion from the recruiter the role seems to be purely and solely sales acquisition and should really be advertised as that .The interviewer was great , really good soft skills, professional and friendly.
The rem ( base) for the role for BDM is very low compared to other advertised BDM roles , it may be worth while stating this in the adverts or advising up front. It could be a dissapointing deal breaker and waste of time for some applicants tomdiscover this at the end of the screen telephone interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Montvale, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
First interview with company recruiter via phone. It was about 30 minutes with general interview questions and my experience. The second interview was with the Director and VP of the department. It lasted about an hour via Zoom. Very nice people and general questions on how I handle situations with a heavy emphasis on my background and experience.
Lots of face to face interviews, and then two days of basic training, but everyone was really nice and I got kept up to date with my application throughout the process.

Applied through their website, then received an email regarding phone interview. They called on time, but the interviewer was not a great listener. Could tell she was reading off a script and wasn't paying too much attention to my answers.
