I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Geraldton) in Sep 2017
Interview
Relatively easy interview, phone interview followed by an in store interview and assessment. As it was a regional store I did not have to attend a recruitment day. Need to know major landmarks and airlines around the world and Australia but anyone with an interest in travel should completely ace it. Be prepared for the low salary (minimum wage). Was told that additional study was required outside work hours and while there was commission I shouldn't expect a decent amount until about 2 years in so I declined the offer.
