I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Sydney) in Dec 2017
Interview
It was almost the same process as I read the post on glassdoor. Behaviour questions and role plays were easy. Written questions could be a little bit challenging for people don't have a lot travel experience or geographic knowledge. Last round interview included three questions asking for perseverance, customer service, and initiatives related to your previous working experience. I did the assessment centre at the end of December 2017. But I didn't get the offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Melbourne)
Interview
Quick and straightforward
No crazy questions all quite simple
Laid out process and opp answered questions
Initial phone screen was good they did seem like they were quite scripted but to be expected
Group interview which was 5 hours long. There were about 50 people there and they tell you not to worry they are not rating anyone but then go on to say that after lunch they will be cutting people. Then they split you up into 5 groups and have you do these ridiculous 1 min interviews with different people on the strangest topics while in between waiting you're filling out a worksheet they make for you.
