I submitted my application and then got a phone interview email the next day and I scheduled that for a few days away. When she called up she seemed in a rush and I felt like the phone call was just standard to anyone who applies. The phone interview lasted all of 4minutes and then 3 days later I got an email saying I didn't match the qualifications and to try 6 months later.
