After applying online, a phone interview was booked which consisted of 10 minutes discussing my travel and work experiences. I was then told I was successful in proceeding to the next stage of the interview process which was the assessment day. Before the assessment day, I had to complete an online psychometric test which had various parts- some timed, some untimed. It was fairly straightforward but some of the timed questions were difficult. During the assessment day, we were introduced to the company and were then told to fill out a paper assessment testing english, maths and geography knowledge (all very easy). During this time, 2 candidates were taken out at a time to perform a role play. After this, we were shortlisted again (with half of the candidates unsuccessfully not passing to the afternoon stage). In the afternoon there was a panel interview and a short one-on-one interview. I was contacted the next day and informed that I had been successful.
