First of all you complete psyche questions online before your interview and have a phone interview before your in person one. Once you receive the confirmation you made it to the next round you go to HQ in Sydney CBD. You are taken into a room as a large group, then asked to partner up with another interviewee. You the had to sell each other to the group as to why the other person should get the job. You then are given two tests, one with basic math to work out commission and the other some basic geography. You are then taken out to do a role play where you sell a holiday to someone. The group is then cut, they ask certain people to leave to discuss 'the rest of the interview' but those people are cut. They then explain the salary and the potential for growth. You are then split up into groups of three people and asked specific questions about your experience. They're also into references so if you don't have any, make sure you ask a friend or something.
