Interview
The first interview took place over the phone and the interviewer asked questions about travel experience and sales experience. The interviewer then let me know that I was successful and that she would like to meet me for the second round. She let me know that the interview was a group interview and that it would take the better part of the work day. The in person interview took six hours and began with a two hour presentation on the company and the benefits of working for the organization. We were next asked to get to know the persons sitting next to us and "sell them" to the panel of interviewers. The next phase consisted of a role play sales presentation assignment. There was also a geography test and an online computer assessment test.
