I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2016
Interview
First there’s an online application, followed by a home interview at a specific date and time. They ask you a series of sales and travel related questions. Then you’ll be asked to complete an online personality assessment. After this there is a group interview, then a ‘day in the office’ in the store you’ve applied/been chosen for. After passing all of this you’ll do a three week training at the head office in Toronto where at the end you write an exam and need to get your TICO certificate.
