Interview
I applied for this job on a Friday and received an email on Monday for a phone screen interview from the Employment Office. I initially scheduled for the next day Tuesday, but something came up last minute for me. I left messages and emails for the recruitment consultant who appeared very disorganized and unprofessional. She took NINE DAYS to get back to me to reschedule, which I find quite unacceptable. This experience reflected rather poorly on Flight Centre and they should consider using another recruiting firm. I was very turned off by the long delay in getting back to me just to reschedule. When she did finally get back to me, she said she was 'in transit' and to get back to me next week. Of course, I did not hear anything and I had to follow up again the following week.
By the time the phone interview was booked, I was no longer interested in the job and was more interested in speaking to the manager of this incompetent recruitment consultant. I was going to use this interview as practice and to sort of mock at the whole thing. She started the interview acting normal and barely acknowledged her tardiness in getting back to me. It was very scripted, giving me a five minute overview of Flight Centre, salary, location, and more details on the job.
The interview lasted about 25 minutes, maybe with 7-8 questions. Some basic ones:
-Why are you interested in this role?
-What were your targets in previous jobs?
-Why did you leave previous jobs? Why are you looking to leave?
-Any experience with CRM systems?
-How many cold calls did you make in previous role? What was conversion rate?
-Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
It was hard to fake enthusiasm due to a number of factors. Nevertheless, it was good practice.

Interview
First interview with company recruiter via phone. It was about 30 minutes with general interview questions and my experience. The second interview was with the Director and VP of the department. It lasted about an hour via Zoom. Very nice people and general questions on how I handle situations with a heavy emphasis on my background and experience.
Lots of face to face interviews, and then two days of basic training, but everyone was really nice and I got kept up to date with my application throughout the process.

Interview
Applied through their website, then received an email regarding phone interview. They called on time, but the interviewer was not a great listener. Could tell she was reading off a script and wasn't paying too much attention to my answers.
