I applied online. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group
Interview
Involved short phone interview, followed by online competency test (90 mins). I then went for an interview in which I had to complete a geography test and answer some qs on destinations. I also had to spend some tome using their Galileo system which was irrelevant as it was not used in training. The actual interview was ok, involved some competency based qs about sales, difficult situations etc.
