Phone Interview - it only went for maybe 10 minutes. They ask you things like why do you want to work here, your travel experience, what skills you have etc. Online test - if you pass the phone interview, you have to complete an assessment online. Most of it is 'personality testing' with the last 3 sections timed questions. Group Interview - the lady talk about flight centre for a while. Then written assessment. There are 3 assessments (geography, numeracy and sales role-play). For the sales role play, they are not testing your destination knowledge- only your sales skills! So if you don't know anything about the place you got, just make it up. Remember to be friendly, and act like the interviewer is a real customer!
