Applied online and I received a call about a week later for a brief phone inteview and was invited to their group interview at the end of the call. Group interview was larger than expected and made up of about 20 or more people. We were divided into groups and had to undergo a series of assessment on paper and group activities. We also had to do a simulation test as a travel agent one-on-one with the interviewer acting as the customer. At the end of the session, they would call out the names for everyone who made it past the group interview, put them in a separate room and sent everyone else on their merry way.
